West Forty RV Park and Campground

Section A 

  • dedicated to people who camp with smaller equipment like tents, popup trailers, vans, truck campers and travel trailers 20 feet long or less.
  • sites in this section do not have sewer
  • sites A1 - A5 have 30-amp electric and water
  • sites A6 - A11 have 20-amp electric; sites A12 - A13 do not have any utilities


Section B

  • all sites in this section are drive-through sites, have full water and sewer connections and are 75 feet long x 30 feet wide.
  • There are a mixture of 20/30-amp and 20/30/50-amp electric available.
  • Sites B1 through B9 are dedicated to seasonal camping; sites may be available for weekend or weekly booking 14 days in advance of arrival date if the site is not occupied by a seasonal guest. 
  • All campsites from B1-B15 have electric meters; any reservations of 7 days or more on metered sites pay for electricity used in addition to the weekly or monthly rate while they are occupied.
  • Many sites in this section are big-rig friendly.


Section C

  • these sites range from 35 feet to 70 feet in length
  • sites C7 - C11 have full hookups including 20/30/50-amp electric, water and sewer; all of these sites are big-rig friendly.
  • sites C1 - C6 have water with 30-amp electric and no sewer. These sites are restricted to campers that are 25-30 feet or less.


Section D

  • All sites in this section are big-rig friendly! These are the largest campsites you'll find at any campground within 30 miles of Gilbert! 
  • Campsites are 75 feet long by 40 feet wide - park your camper, toy hauler or motorhome AND your OHV trailer on the same site. 
  • full water and sewer hookups and 20/30/50-amp electric service. 


Group sites

  • G1 is one of our two glamping sites featuring a tent-cabin located up the hill in our A section tucked in the woods. Our tent-cabins are on a wood platform, set up with sleeping accomodations for up to 4 people, lights and charging outlets, 2 gallons of fresh drinking water, a morning coffee service and 1 bundle of firewood per day. Each glamping site comes with a picnic table and central firepit. This site also has a 15x15ft pad in case you want to add additional tent. Bring your own or rent one from us! There is parking for 2 vehicles on-site and room for more vehicles at the trail entrance.
  • G2 has 20-amp electric and can fit 4-5 tents or 2-3 tents and a pop-up or van. No water or sewer. Best view in the campground and one our most popular campsites. 
  • G3 is in a secluded area that's surrounded by trees at the top of the hill and can fit up to 4 tents. This is an ATV/OHV or walk-in only site. Paths to the site can be accessed by ATV or OHV and are about 150 feet from the parking area. This is a rustic site with no utilities. Generators are allowed whenever you need to run them.
  • G4 is one of our two glamping sites featuring a tent-cabin located up the hill in our A section tucked in the woods. Our tent-cabins are on a wood platform, set up with sleeping accomodations for up to 4 people, lights and charging outlets, 2 gallons of fresh drinking water, a morning coffee service and 1 bundle of firewood per day. Each glamping site comes with a picnic table and central firepit. There is parking for 4 vehicles on-site and is located just up the hill from our overflow parking area.
  • G5 has two camper/RV parking pads each with 20/30-amp electric service. Water access is nearby, but not on the site. No sewer. The parking pads drive-through and 40 feet long on a 65 feet long campsite giving you plenty of room for parking off-road vehicles. Booking this site includes full use of our 20x30 pavilion and is a great spot for hosts of large groups. With more than 6,000 square feet of total campsite space, this is great area for preparing shared meals, serving as your HQ/registration for riding events, etc. Check out our Large Groups or Events page for more on services we provide for your group/event.
  • G6 is a drive-through site with two camper/RV pads, full utility hookups for each and includes a picnic table and a firepit. The upper pad has a 30-amp hookup while the lower pad has a 50-amp hookup – both are 75ft long.  The distance between the two camping pads is narrow, but is popular site for families and friends who like to travel together.
  • G7 this site has a 90 foot long upper pad and a 75 foot long pad on the lower part of the site allowing for parking the biggest rigs allowed on the highway. The pads share a 20/30/50-amp electric and each pad has access to shared water and individual sewer risers. The total campsite is just over 4,000 square feet - definitely enough to host your group! 

Campground Map and Information

We allow one camper/RV per site and up to two drivable vehicles (i.e. tow vehicle and Jeep) per site and up to four ATVs per site. We have free overflow parking area for trailers and additional vehicles. All standard and premium campsites allow for four adults per site included in the base rental rate. Group campsites allow for six adults per site included in the base rental rate. Additional adults (ages 16 and above) will be charged $5 per person, per night.
