Fall Fun LGBTQ Camp OUT Weekend - September 9-11, 2022

This page is for the LGBTQ Camping Minnesota & Friends Camp OUT weekend registration in Gilbert, MN on September 9-11. To register for the weekend and reserve your campsite, fill out the information below and the host campground team will get back to you to confirm your reservation. If you have a specific campsite requested and it is not available, we will email you or contact you by phone to discuss alternatives based on your campsite preferences.

Campground Information

  • Pricing for each site can be found on the Camping Rates page. *all rates are plus tax
    • Sites range from $27/28 per night for tent sites*
    • $33/36 per night for standard camper/RVsites*
    • $42 per night for a group site for 3-4 tents or $50 per night for a group site for 2 campers/RVs*  
    • All campsites include up to four (4) adults 16 years old and older for free. All children 15 years old and younger stay free. Additional adults are $5 per person per night. 
    • Group socials, meals and campfires will be held at  group site G4.
  • West Forty RV Park and Campground is located in Gilbert, MN - about 3 hours by car from the Twin Cities or 4+ hours when towing a camper. 
  • The campground does not allow nudity. This is strictly a PG-13 event.

Security Deposit
West Forty RV Park will place a 72 hour courtesy hold on all reservation requests. A PayPal invoice will be emailed to pay the security deposit and hold your site. A deposit equal to the first night stay is required for all reservations. If the deposit is not received within 72 hours, the campsite will be put back into booking inventory. The balance of your campsite rental will be due upon check-in. After the security deposit has been applied, you will receive a confirmation email from West Forty RV Park that will include the details of your reservation including site number, check-in time, etc. All standard campground rules apply. Cancellation and refund policies can be found on the campground rules page.

Schedule of Events

  • Friday, September 9
    • Registration and check-in from 3 - 9 p.m.
    • Group social and campfire at the pavilion site G4 - 8 p.m. until ??
  • Saturday, September 10
    • Exploring the area - off-roading, hiking, biking, visiting local tourist attractions/sightseeing, etc.) - 9 a.m. until 5/6 p.m. - If you are interested or able to lead an activity, please indicate which one on the form below. Thank you in advance for volunteering to help!
    • Group cookout and potluck at the pavilion site G4 - 7 p.m.
    • Group social and campfire at the pavilion site G4 - 8 p.m. until ??
  • Sunday, September 11
    • Departures on your own - checkout is 12 p.m. (check at the office for late check-out availability and pricing)

10% of all campground revenue from the Camp OUT weekend will be donated to The Aliveness Project.

  • Drive-through, full hookup sites - B16**, B17**, B18***, D9***, D10***
